The website integrates with Bullhorn, business management software for the staffing and recruiting industry. When job seekers apply for openings on the website, contact information, cover letter, and resume, are imported into Bullhorn and appropriate recruiters notified of a new submission.

The website was constructed using organic search engine optimization (SEO) techniques. Submissions were made to online directories, search engines, and relevant trade sites. Social network marketing was coordinated creating groups and profiles on a variety of websites. Google Analytics tracks and reports website performance.

In less than 2 weeks PSI earned 1st page positions for targeted keywords and phrases and continues to drastically improve on more general terms.
