DSI differentiated itself as a leader in the highly competitive retail merchandising market by becoming a product innovator and solution provider.

Following the launch of an internal design innovation program, DSI quickly identified the need to redesign their website to better communicate who they are and what they do - both internally and externally. A majority of visitors to the website are remote personnel accessing account information or existing clients shopping the online storefront. The website was to become the portal for all activities, creating opportunities to communicate key messages on entry.

DSI has seen a 40% increase in website traffic since the launch in September 2007 and increased use of online tools resulting in fewer customer support calls.
